I like this. but as it's "and" operation, CPU have to execute two condition comparison.
but how about below?
	if (!PageSwapCache(page) && PageSwapBacked(page))

PageSwapCache implys PageSwapBacked so we can handle non-swapbacked pages as just 1 comparison.
