[PATCH RESEND] mm/zsmalloc.c: fix the migrated zspage statistics.

When zspage is migrated to the other zone, the zone page state should
be updated as well, otherwise the NR_ZSPAGE for each zone shows wrong
counts including proc/zoneinfo in practice.
