Heuristic changed a bit in:

    mm: fix false-positive OVERCOMMIT_GUESS failures

LTP tries to allocate "mem_total + swap_total":
  alloc_and_check(sum_total, EXPECT_FAIL);
which now presumably falls short to trigger failure.
