I think the task succeeded to call unmap_vmas() in exit_mmap(), for
no "oom_reaper: reaped process..." message means that __oom_reap_task_mm()
returned without setting MMF_UNSTABLE.

Oops, I optimized incorrectly. The original patch was

-	if (attempts <= MAX_OOM_REAP_RETRIES)
+	if (attempts <= MAX_OOM_REAP_RETRIES ||
+	    test_bit(MMF_OOM_SKIP, &mm->flags))
 		goto done;

with title "Check for MMF_OOM_SKIP before complain".
Even if the last attempt failed, there is no need to complain if
MMF_OOM_SKIP was already set.
