From: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> native_flush_tlb_single() will be changed with the upcoming KERNEL_PAGE_TABLE_ISOLATION feature. This requires to have more code in there than INVLPG. Remove the paravirt patching for it.
