[PATCH v2 4/5] kasan: support LLVM-style asan parameters

Use cc-option to figure out whether the compiler's sanitizer uses
LLVM-style parameters ("-mllvm -asan-foo=bar") or GCC-style parameters
("--param asan-foo=bar").
