Maybe you can use https://sourceware.org/systemtap/examples/#memory/vm.tracepoints.stp .
Absolutely latest kernels might need systemtap built from source git tree at
https://sourceware.org/systemtap/getinvolved.html , but compilation is not difficult at all.
