From: Mike Kravetz <mike.kravetz@xxxxxxxxxx> Add routine userfaultfd_huge_must_wait which has the same functionality as the existing userfaultfd_must_wait routine. Only difference is that new routine must handle page table structure for hugepmd vmas.
