reproduce:
        # save the attached .config to linux build tree
        make ARCH=um SUBARCH=x86_64

Note: the linux-review/Vladimir-Davydov/mm-remove-pointless-struct-in-struct-page-definition/20160523-182939 HEAD 08a247942f52ec5444ba2a0d3c951358640eccf5 builds fine.
      It only hurts bisectibility.
