[PATCH 2/5] memcg: kill unnecessary initialization in mem_cgroup_shrink_node_zone()

sc.nr_reclaimed and sc.nr_scanned have already been initialized
few lines above "struct scan_control sc = {}" statement.

So, This patch remove this unnecessary code.
