Ok, this explains the bug.

Any ideas where to look deeper?

Is it possible to enable some unit-test early during boot?

printk is working, so it could be possible to run some div64_32
test cases if they exist. Or someone can provide a hack for e.g.
pinctrl or clocksource driver to run such tests during probe.

Well, hacking that into such drivers is something I can do, but
what I would need is some series of

	if (div64_32(...) != ...) printk("div64_32(...) != ...\n");

statements.

BR and thanks,
Nikolaus Schaller
