[PATCH 02/13] MIPS: cpu-probe: Mark XBurst CPU as having vtagged caches

XBurst CPUs present in Ingenic SoCs have virtually tagged caches,
according to the <cpu-features-override.h> header.

Add that information to cpu_probe_ingenic().
