These two patches add support for 64-bit get_user to the metag architecture (which already supports 64-bit put_user), and fix the related warnings in test_user_copy due to large integer literals. test_user_copy already has these warnings (though currently it fails to build on metag due to missing get_user), so there is no harm for the patches to go separately (though I'm happy to take the test_user_copy one through the metag tree).
