For gtf 1 and 2 mean the same thing, for cvt 1 will use the standard RB and 2 RBv2. Seems simpler to me. It also means that calc_cvt_modeline doesn't need a new argument, just that bool reduced_blanking becomes int reduced_blanking. Other than this it looks good to me.
