Hi dCrypt, I'm not a developer at all. I'm not even sure why I read this list, but can you determine if the problem is associated with a particular kernel version? i.e. if it works on x.y.z but fails on x.y.(z+1) you have a starting point. If you use the word "regression" and a kernel version number you might get more attention - but I'm only guessing.
