Fwd: Updated dvb-t scan and channels.conf data for Australia/Melbourne (au-Melbourne)

Attached are updated dvb-t scan and channels.conf data for
Australia/Melbourne as of August 17 2014.  The main change is the
updated SBS channel frequency which occurred early in 2014.

Could these please be used to patch the official repository for the
au-Melbourne files.
