Ah, I see now that you're actually using DVBv5. I suspect, however,
that you'll have a trouble passing it as u16. Using this get_rf_strength
ops here seems awkward, as it forces to pass the value as u16.

The better is likely to add a new ops to get rf strength in dBm as s64,
just like the way we use it on DVBv5.
