[PATCHv2] staging: media: as102: replace custom dprintk() with dev_dbg()

remove dprintk() and replace it with dev_dbg() in order to
use the common kernel coding style.

Thanks Dan. And since it continues to succeed if (dev == NULL),
differntiate if (dev) or not.
