Support for Open Firmware was introduced in the V4L2 tree, but it depends on features only found in 3.5+. Add a patch to disable the support for earlier kernels. Tested on Ubuntu 10.04 with kernel 3.2.0-030200-generic (which has CONFIG_OF enabled by default).
