From: Martin Bugge <marbugge@xxxxxxxxx> The method of disabling the irq-output pin caused many "empty" interrupts. Instead, actually disable/enable the interrupts by changing the interrupt masks. Also enable STORE_MASKED_IRQ in INT1 configuration.
