Fwd: how to play raw video captured using http://linuxtv.org/downloads/v4l-dvb-apis/capture-example.html

I tried ffmpeg

$ ffmpeg -f rawvideo -pix_fmt yuv422p -s 320x240 -r 12 -i
cam_capture_vid.raw myvid.mp4


when I play the myvid.mp4 using vlc video is bluish, abnormal frame
rate. I'm attaching a frame, converted to jpeg image using ffmpeg, to
this mail.
