There are very few players that are capable of properly parsing the AAC
audio encoding used in Brazil. The thing is that the aac parser used in
libfaad doesn't handle well errors, and doesn't converge well, when it
doesn't get an audio stream at the start bits. VLC uses its own parser
for AAC, with works fine.
Also, most DVB applications can work with ISDB-T only in emulation
mode, as they use DVBv3 API, with doesn't support ISDB.
In any case, this is something that needs to be fixed at each application.
The proper way is for you to open bug reports for each application you're
noticing issues (either at openSUSE bug tracking system or by using
each application's way to report bugs).
