Patches for cinergy_1400 remote control

Hello,

Attached you will find the following patches:
* that I had to use on linux-3.2.12 to get the cinergy 1400 DVB-T
remote working on my gentoo box.
* the correspoding correction in cinergy_1400 for /etc/rc_keymaps directory
