s2ram/resume issue w/ kernel 3.0 and Terratec Cinergy T USB XXS (HD)/ T3

Hello,

s2ram and resume a docked ThinkPad T400 with a plugged in DVB-stick gives
this with the new kernel 3.0  under an almost stable Gentoo linux :

Furthermore the device is no longer found after resume.
