The only two that applied were patches 01 and 02 (and the second with a conflict, and an error on it, that I fixed). The other patches seemed to be already applied. The mercurial tree is outdated and nobody is maintaining it anymore. I don't care if you still want to use it to send me patches via mercurial, as I have a script to handle things for it, but, in this case, you will need to manually backport the upstream changes before sending me a pull request. The better would be if you could migrate your development tree to git. Thanks!
