Add definitions for format with color planes non-contiguous
in physical memory. These formats apply only if the V4L2 multiplane
extension is used.
V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV12M - 2-plane Y/CbCr
V4L2_PIX_FMT_NV12MT - 2-plane Y/CbCr tiled (64x32 pixel macroblocks)
V4L2_PIX_FMT_YUV420M - 3-plane Y/Cb/Cr
