Reimplement privacy GPIO as an input device. This is an attempt to unify how we notify userspace about a camera that is covered. Replace the previous V4L2_CID_PRIVACY control with evdev SW_CAMERA_LENS_COVER. This has some main benefits: - It unifies behaviour with other drivers. - It allows reading the privacy events without powering up the camera. - It allows reading the privacy gpio and the internal gpio control (if present). Although this introduces an ABI change, we have only seen ChromeOS using this feature.
