Yeah, I assumed that DISABLE had to be omitted, otherwise the block

That's the behaviour that is implemented today, but I didn't want to
fix that in the uAPI, as specifying ENABLE and DISABLE at the same
time doesn't make any sense and I tried to convey them by mentioning
"undefined behaviour". I can however do as you suggested.
