[BUG] media: platform: coda: camera Dometic CAM58IP causes CODA PIC_RUN timeout

Hi,
I am working on a Phytec i.MX6 DL and I am trying to get the IP camera Dometic CAM58IP up and running on a coda-configured Phytec kernel (5.15.102). The connection can be established, but the stream doesn’t play, and dmesg shows this timeout message every ~2s:

[ 1029.344642] coda 2040000.vpu: CODA PIC_RUN

I can successfully play streams from other IP cameras on the mx6 device.
I can successfully play the Dometic stream with VLC media player or with gstreamer on a desktop system (not using CODA).

I have already applied patch „[PATCH] media: coda: avoid starvation on well-compressed data“ from Benjamin Bara for testing, the result was the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

Config summary:
HW: Phytec i.mx6 DualLite with CODA960
Kernel: 5.15.102-phytec
Gstreamer: 1.20.7
CODA Firmware version: 3.1.1
