[PATCH 02/10] media: Documentation: vivid.rst: drop "Video, VBI and RDS Looping"

Drop the "Video, VBI and RDS Looping" section, instead moving the
Video/VBI info to section "Video and Sliced VBI looping" and the
RDS info to section "Radio & RDS Looping".
