So I've been working away on new tooling for infrared and it's nearing
completion. I'd like to talk about:

 - What it is and what it can do (love to hear any feedback of course)
 - Where is should be hosted? (I hope gitlab fdo, who do I ask)
 - What needs to be in place for a release?
 - This tool replaces ir-ctl and ir-keytable. How we phase them out?

I hope we can do this in 30 minutes and I should be able to attend in person.

Alternatively we can also discuss this over email so I don't want to bump
more important things.
