Do you foresee ISP versions that will support one and only one of the
two features ? If not I would prefer merging them in a single feature.
They could also be merged with the RKISP1_FEATURE_MAIN_STRIDE feature if
desired I think. A ISP8000 feature flag is tempted, but we don't know if
that's accurate :-S
