UCAM-CX80FB: ELECOM 4K Webcam disconnect after first attempt

Hello Linux Media gurus,

I have ID 056e:7028 Elecom Co., Ltd UCAM-CX80FB on Fedora Silverblue 38.
So i am not able to enable uvcvideo module trace.

Last week the webcam worked.
This week it worked in OBS and Teams twice from hundreds of
tries. There was not change between last and this week. Only turn off
the computer for Easters.

I attach a usb webcam to usb-a or osb-c, system detects it, i am able
to get a list of formats (USB-A FHD, USB-C up to 4K) and then the
webcam disconnects and is not visible in the system.

Attached v4l2-ctl output after plugging the webcam to usb
1. ls /dev/video0
2. output of formats
3. death
4. no ls /dev/video0

Dmesg shows:
1. insert webcam
- visible detection without quirks (i tried all of those too)
2. start v4l2-ctl
3. death

And lsusb.log

I bought this smart webcam, because I saw a Japanese forum where a guy
was capturing video with this webcam and there was a nice price on
Amazon, and i like my Elecom trackball.

Thank you all for hints
Wachtarczyk
