To clamp the rectangle, we need to first populate_cache() and read the
min and max.
I found it hard to do it in uvc_set_compound_rect(). What do you think
about doing it in __uvc_ctrl_set_compound() ?

Also, do we have to clamp the value here?
The document seems to say that returning ERANGE (the original behavior
in this patch) is also a valid option.
"When the value is out of bounds drivers can choose to take the
closest valid value or return an ERANGE error code, whatever seems
more appropriate." [1]

I'm not sure which is the better option...
