Hi I have a webcam which claims to work on Linux, but I cannot get it to do anything although with some extra packages installed (v4l2 related) I did at least get uvcvideo and related modules loaded and a /dev/video0 device to appear, unfortunately that's it, no available video or audio in guvcview, OBS or cheese. v4l2 --list-device shows this: OBS Virtual Camera (platform:v4l2loopback-000): /dev/video0 v4l2-ctl --list-formats-ext shows this: ioctl: VIDIOC_ENUM_FMT Type: Video Capture I have attached dmesg and lsusb logs as requested. Please would someone have a look at this and see whether it is lack of device recognition in the uvcvideo driver or other kernel-related problem. Thanks! -- Brian Morrison
