I don't think mapping has the right value here, it could even be
uninitialized. Let's make this

	mapping = uvc_ctrl_mappings;
	mend = mapping + ARRAY_SIZE(uvc_ctrl_mappings);

	for (; mapping < mend; ++mapping) {

to match the code below.
