This problem has been reported several times,

and AFAIK concerns a number of people around with the following devices:

was solved with a dedicated module, there is this about these devices:

Is there any hope that there will be some solution in the official v4l-dvb
tree, and beside analog video, audio will also be supported?
For one of these devices i attach the dmesg from the most recent v4l-dvb tree,
and the output of lsusb -v.
