The two above addresses are left with ancient data when tile is disabled. The
vendor driver always set a valid pointer regardless if tile is enabled or
disabled, perhaps we could do that same ?

FWIW, when testing with fluster I observe no score changes if I set these
for the no-tiles case, too. Always writing G2_TILE_FILTER and G2_TILE_BSD won't
hurt, though, so I will do that in v7.
