Ah; thanks - I had meant to mention this in the changelog; mea culpa. I
still can't replicate them unfortunately, not sure how to diagnose this
one.

Yes; it seemed to be correct for a 19.2MHz input clock which is what we
have, so after looking through it all I left it as it was.

Yeah; I think this is right - when I checked some other drivers they too
have the PLL outputting MIPI SCLK as double the listed link frequency,
which Laurent explained as being because the CSI link is DDR but the
internals of the chip are not. Makes sense even though it looks a bit weird.
