Dear Linux folks,
USB Webcams are pretty well supported today, but can you recommend a
model, where the firmware is available under a free license or the
device is open hardware?
If these things do not exist, I’d like to buy a model, whose vendor is
supportive of the FLOSS drivers. Can you recommend a vendor, paying
developers to contribute patches or at least provides test hardware?
