[PATCH] media: fix Omnivision Intel MAINTAINERS entry

Tianshu Qiu has three MAINTAINERS entries, and one typo.  After being
notified if the typo a few months ago, they didn't act, so here's a
patch.

Tianshu, an ack would be appreciated.
