Just a note unrelated to this patch:
Maybe quantization could be moved to struct rkisp1_device, so it is accessible by all the entities
without the need to maintain copies around.

It would also be nice to add docs to the enums, macros and functions, but since this is an internal
header, it's fine, we can add them later.
