After fixing the build problems on Ubuntu 16.04 and also some "make dist" issues I finally found time to release v4l-utils 1.20.0 today.
The Debian package has been uploaded and the change should also land in Ubuntu Groovy within the next days.
I'll also update the v4l-utils stable Ubuntu PPA with the new versions: https://launchpad.net/~libv4l/+archive/ubuntu/stable
