MEMORY_NON_CONSISTENT is a queue property, we set it during queue setup. NO_CACHE_INVALIDATE/FLAG_NO_CACHE_CLEAN is a buffer property, we set it when we qbuf. I'm not sure if all of these can be done in testReqBufts(). -ss
