This patch looks pretty good. It's surprisingly little code for a feature like this,
nice!

This module option should be documented in Documentation/media/uapi/cec/cec-intro.rst.
Make a section "1.1 Debouncing" that explains this module option.

This should say: "invalid physical address debounce time in ms"

I also recommend renaming 'debounce' to 'debounce_ms' to signal that this
is in ms.
