Hello,
I have a
03:00.0 Multimedia video controller [0400]: Conexant Systems, Inc.
CX23887/8 PCIe Broadcast Audio and Video Decoder with 3D Comb [14f1:8880]
(rev 04)
Subsystem: Hauppauge computer works Inc. Device [0070:c138]
Kernel driver in use: cx23885
on linux 5.0.0-rc8.
In dmesg I see lines like this:

The last line is repeated regularly.
I have noticed that vdr doesn't save something in epg.data, when I deleted
the file and reboot, no new data is saved until I boot kernel 4.20 or
older.
But: As far as I know I don't miss any channels.
Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
I could bisect if you want.
Thank you,
Thomas
