Hi, You have to unload the all the old modules before loading the new ones: http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/How_to_Obtain,_Build_and_Install_V4L-DVB_Device_Drivers#First_Use:_Out_with_the_Old.2C_In_with_the_New otherwise you will get that type of errors.
