From: Oleksandr Andrushchenko <oleksandr_andrushchenko@xxxxxxxx> Allow mappings for DMA backed buffers if grant table module supports such: this extends grant device to not only map buffers made of balloon pages, but also from buffers allocated with dma_alloc_xxx.
