From: henryhsu <henryhsu@xxxxxxxxxxxx> This patch adds support for resolution change event to notify clients so they can prepare correct output buffer. When resolution change happened, G_FMT for CAPTURE should return old resolution and format before CAPTURE queues streamoff.
