Before moving firmware-dependent drivers out of staging, please send the
firmware files to linux-firmware ML.

Those likely require upstream discussions, in order to identify if are 
there any already existing ioctl set that does the same thing and/or
if it makes sense to add new ioctls to do what's needed there.

Reviewing a 200K big patch like this one is not human feasible :-)

My suggestion is to fix it, driver by driver, starting with the I2C sensor
drivers, as, usually, sensor drivers are not that big, and are not too hard
to review.

If they're properly using the V4L2 subdev approach, they should be
independent on the main driver. So, they can be moved out of staging
one by one.

So, let's keep applying patches for it at staging until they get
ready.

When you think that each of those I2C drivers are ready to be 
promoted out of staging, please send them as if they're a new driver to
linux-media@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, as this will make the review process
easier.

Once we get them all under drivers/media, we can focus on reviewing
the main driver.
